In the past two-three months, the roof, siding, and balcony of my rental house have been being repaired. The contractors start working with no earlier notice and have already caused damages to my landscaping, walkway lights, and the yard.
Is there any legal obligation providing that the landlord should finish the maintenance in a timely manner and compensate the tenant for not being able to use the entire property?
