Is it normal to be ordered to leave a crime scene in Lisbon, Portugal?
I was en route from my hotel to a cafe in Lisbon, when I walked up this alley, I saw three police officers and five kids in an ongoing crime scene. I stopped to watch but the police immediately ordered me to leave the scene. Does he have the authority to order me to leave a public crime scene?
