Non-profit organizations may establish some rules and regulations by their members within the organization, for instance, how members elect administrative officials such as the president, and the procedure to revive the rules. This is not quite similar in for-profit organizations, whose major decisions lie in the owners of these organizations.
Is it legally possible to create such types of for-profit organizations with these non-profit organization features in the US? If so, is there an actual example?
