As mentioned above, the PCT system can be used to facilitate global filing. You need to keep in mind that you will never hold an international patent which would be enforceable in all jurisdictions. Instead you will hold several national patents over the same invention.

For registration of patents globally, we have PCT in place. You could register your patent through PCT in the member states. The deadlines shall be complied with.
