International Consultants-Dutch labor law
I am international consultant for my Dutch client who is treating me badly because by the end of this year I will be consulting with them for 3 years thus I am entitled to ask for permanent role. My client never shared info around their operation manual or code of conduct also I knew that they have CAO by coincidence any advice if I can sue them specially that they didn’t adhere to their duty of care
