To sell your inherited properties, you have to choose a lawyer to follow the required proceeding. You can apply for a power of attorney in person by going to the consular office of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the country where you live and, after printing the power of attorney to confirm and sign it. In the last step, you have to wait for the final approval of your power of attorney in Iran. There are some steps to take. First, the lawyer must take the death certificate and Inheritance Certificate. Second, the required Inheritance taxes must be paid. By the end of the required proceeding and determining your Share of inheritance, you can sell them.
