My wife to be is primarily located at Nigeria, she currently has a two year visa,
permission to reside with her daughter in Scotland.
I am a Scottish legal resident and looking to marry and move my fiance to this country perminantly.
I can also take Irish nationality (taken from my mother's side) if it would further the possibility of our wishes to be granted.
Will you give me the legal information I need to know in order for me to follow through with my request?
