urgently need your professional advice on an urgent immigrational issue.
I recently got a job offer from the UK as a Care Worker and my employer has forwarded to me the job offer as well as the COS. and I am in the process of applying for my Visa.
I am in a dilemma as regards my my application for two main reasons.
1) I was in the UK on a tier4 dependent visa and This visa expired in 2016. While I choosed to return to Nigeria, my husband opted to be an overstayed. We have been separated for about six years now and I have already initiated divorce proceedings. Judgment will be in July 2022. I want to know if my ex's overstayed status will have any effect on my application.
Secondly, I overstayed my Visa from April 1st 2016 to June 27th 2016. {less than 3 months) Will this affect my application?
