Improper Procedure - Plaintiff Accused
What's the legal term to shift accusations partially towards the plaintiff without cross-examination in the judgment? The plaintiffs make accusations carrying the burden of proof but the judgment includes other accusations against them that go beyond the original accusation terms and evidence, thus omitting the chance to the plaintiffs to defend themselves. Answer: The defendant/respondent is entitled to make a counter-claim within the legal procedure and the other shall have a chance to argue against it before the final judgment.
