Hi,
Our dog involved in a dog fight with another dog the previous week, resulting in the other dog getting injured and needing surgery. Pet insurance takes care of that for us.
Apparently, the person with the injured dog left from the accident and then started researching us by creating posters and letters and leaving them in post boxes around the building asking for information about us, if any neighbour knows us.
Could this be considered an impersonation of an authority (Amtsanmaßung) that can lead to severe exposure and targeting of our family?
