Immigration laws to buy a business in UKGood morning!
I'm an Italian citizen. I'm willing to buy a café in central London with an Italian friend of mine who has the pre-settlement.
First of all, can I do it? Can I buy a business?
Once I buy it, how does it work? Does it give me a visa? Which are the conditions? Can I also work inside it like barista?
If not, Is there any way I could manage to work inside it? Or I can only visit my café with a tourist visa to check how is it going?
