If a person buys an island in a different country, will he/she be required to obtain a Visa for entering his/her island via waterways?
If an individual buys an island in a different country for which the individual doesn't have a nationality/citizenship, then is the individual required to obtain a separate visa for entering his/her own island via waterways without actually entering the mainland? This isn't a country-specific question, so any examples of counterexamples would do the job.
