I m working in a company from an year
N company changed my contract randomly after working for 7-8 months my labour contract was for 1 year but then they renew it to a new contract that was variable salary means you will get only money as per Ur sales
They won't pay full salary
N I was on dependant visa they give no benefit to me not even full salary after change of contract that was complete cheating from their side when I completed an year I wanted to resign but they never accept my resign and ask me to work but my father got retired his visa got cancel on 8 Oct automatically mine as well then I decided to leave my job too I informed them this but they don't had prob as I was gonna renew new visa I get salary on 10th every month when I got oct salary I decided to leave company n not work anymore I left my job on 14 Nov
In this whole year they never give me aunnal leave also
They put on me recovery for not serving notice period
They took my 14 days salary 1400 dhs
EOSB 214 dhs
Rest amount out of 3000 as my salary was 3000
They put on me 1385 dhs
Never given me any increment in this whole year no appreciation nothing
Now what should I do ???
