I've rushed into signing a lease for one room, however, Three days later I informed the landlord that I will not occupy the room and asked him/her to terminate the lease. The landlord replied that "you have a lease and you have to honor it".
As for most leases, you have to pay the first and last month’s rent which I did when I signed the lease. I want to know what are my rights in this situation?
