"There are approximately 350 immigration judges.
The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is an office within the Department of Justice (DOJ) responsible for adjudicating immigration cases in the United States. The EOIR oversees a system of immigration courts responsible for deciding whether noncitizens should be removed from the United States or granted relief from removal.
EOIR currently employs 350 immigration judges. These judges decide cases through various methods, including bench trials, hearings, and written decisions. Judges may also have assistants who help with case management and support during hearings."
