"First, you need to complete an accredited Canadian Immigration Consultant Program. These programs are offered at many colleges and universities across the country. Second, you must pass the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) exam. Once you have done these two things, you can apply for membership with the ICCRC.
Membership with the ICCRC is not compulsory, but it is strongly recommended. As a member of the ICCRC, you will be subject to a code of conduct and professional standards that you must uphold. This will give your clients confidence in your abilities as an immigration consultant."
