Farid owns a semi-D at house Bangi. He appointed Aiman as his agent to sell his house at
Bangi for a price of not less than RM700,000.00. Aiman later found Harith who are interested
to buy Farid's house at the price of RM600,000.00. Aiman then proceeded with the sale and
purchase agreement of between Farid and Harith for the house for the price of RM600,000.00.
Upon knowing this, Farid is surprised with the contract made by Aiman. However, Farid is
willing to proceed the contract as he really wanted to let go of the house. Farid thus seeks
your advice on how to proceed with the contract.
