Hello! We are a Norwegian company that will employ someone who lives in Germany and will only work from Germany. We are unsure of how the rules for this are in Germany and how to solve this. We understand that social security contributions can be paid by the employee? Is this something you can assist us with?
As your employee is fully living in Germany and therefore working in Germany, is subject to social insurance obligations of Germany- regardless of the country in which the employer's register office is located
