The company I work for is a well-known herbal medicine producer. We want to launch a new farm to cover our south and west asia market. We have found India, as the best place for our new farm and even a new line of our business.
My question is on the drug trafficking laws in India. If a raw material produced in India is to be exported, do Indian laws allow us? some of our raw materials may be considered illicit drugs elsewhere.
