Looking for help regarding relocating my sister who is a minor to the Netherlands
Hello,
I'm not sure if you can help with this so I'll present what I need help with and you can let me know if you can help.
I am looking for some guidance on what is needed in my case.
My sister is 17, she is a Canadian citizen living in Canada. Her father is not able to take care of her, our mother has passed away. She and I would like for her to move to the Netherlands to study and live with me. I am living in the Netherlands with a highly skilled visa (it says Type I on my red card).
Can you please let me know how we can achieve this?
I currently do not have legal custody/guardianship of my sister but if this is required, we will do it in Canada.
