There have been a number of legal jurisprudence at the state level that have helped to restraint the supporters of the Palestinian-led Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement (BDS) at the state level in the USA. Have any of these rulings yet been challenged in the Supreme Court as infringing the right to free speech as political speech is protected speech?
I'm concerned regarding the question of how 'political speech as protected speech' is being restrained here.
