Guest discrimination and mistreatment at Holiday Inn
My wife and I were recently mistreated while visiting a Holiday Inn hotel in Panama City, Panama. I was at the counter and expressed my intention to stay for a couple of days in the hotel as I had done several times in the past. The staff member asked for the ID card of the main guest and I handed the ID card of my wife. Then the staff member told me that my wife was barred to stay in the hotel. When I asked for the reason of the decision, the staff member just said that it was the order of the hotel management.

The hotel management ought to have revealed to you the reason for their decision. If you feel discriminated against and aggrieved by the decision of the hotel management, you can write to them demanding an apology (and compensation) for the discrimination and unfair treatment!
