Guest discrimination and mistreatment at Holiday Inn
My wife and I were recently mistreated while visiting a Holiday Inn hotel in Panama City, Panama.
I was at the counter and expressed my intention to stay for a couple of days in the hotel as I had done several times in the past. The staff member asked for the ID card of the main guest and I handed the ID card of my wife. Then the staff member told me that my wife was barred to stay in the hotel.
When I asked for the reason of the decision, the staff member just said that it was the order of the hotel management.
