Please advise me of the legal consequences of a registered firm in the Czech Republic. In 2016, I acquired a firm that was registered but did not conduct business because of the lack of experience doing business abroad, and sharp currency changes. I stopped working further out of fear of entering a market in which I had no experience, and everything was left to run on its own until a few days ago when I noticed references to registered companies' issues in the company performance reports I was receiving, such as "declarations and audit reports," etc. I believed there was no risk associated with the company because it has no operations or bank accounts. Kindly advise me on how to resolve this problem. Which authority should I seek assistance from?
