hi i entered into a contract where i am selling computers to a state in the US. I got insider help from a government official to help me secure the deal however i needed security assistance and he was a shareholder in a security firm and asked if i wanted to use it for my business. i agreed and he said it would cost 1 million. I am now under investigation for corrupt practices relating to the contract- is there any defence i can use
