I am a producer of stationery. A merchant from Iraq expressed interest in purchasing my items last year, but I t appears that exporting paper goods to Iraq is forbidden. Please provide me advice on the procedures I need to take to export my goods to nearby countries.

Any country have some rules for exporting goods and they are not changeable usually but my advice is if your final product have several steps to end, you can do some of them in Iran and then export that. In other word you change paper to another product that is not forbidden

As far as I know there is no restriction on exporting paper to Iraq from Iran. Would you be more specific and tell me please that where your export places are?

As you know, there are always some restrictions over the items which are free to export. It is good to be a member of Iran Chamber of Commerce and subscribe for your allowance.
