Exclusive representative
We are an exclusive representative of a German company in Iran. For that purpose merely an agreement has been signed by two parties. Could you please advise me regarding how to substitute this agreement with a binding contract? What are the legal procedures and which authorities should acknowledge the contract? The chamber of commerce of both countries? Thanks
