I took over the emotional support dog from my sister in law since she couldn't take care anymore. My therapist described me an ESA as well since I have Leo I'm feeling better and start to enjoy life again. Unfortunately in me building are no dogs over 30pounds permitted. Does this include ESA? I'm right now in contact with the condo board lawyer. But unfortunately they denied my request to accommodate my emotional support dog because of his size. What are my changes in this case? Could I forward the letter I received from the lawyer?
