Hello, I'm from Brazil and I needed an adress on the USA to send some itens that I've won in an app. And also some itens I've bought for myself to be sent to Brazil, so I've meet this friend of a friend that is also Brazilian but lives on the states. We had a spoken agreement that he would sell the itens I've won and send 50% of the profts to me. After a year or so of trying to sell the itens. He just ghosted me without paying me my part of the profits or sending me the itens. Can sue him to get my money back somehow?
