Employment termination with foreign employees in Spain
I am a Spanish employer and my employees are from other countries. To terminate the employment do I need to have a reasonable cause of termination?

Hi, You can have a reasonable cause of termination but is not always ascertainable in court. So You can terminate, but in that case, you are bound to pay a liquidation fee, regardless if the employees are located in Spain or any other country.
