Employee contract review question
I got a job in Japan and I'm residing in berlin now, the guy whom I talked to told me that he would fix my visa and job inquiries to go but he sent me a job offer which didn’t include these as paragraphs in it, I don’t know if I can trust this, how can I double-check the situation legally?

What is included in the job offer is what you gain by acceptance. If the visa and job inquiries are not incorporated into the job offer, you won’t have the right to ask for it after you accept it. So it is better to have a contract review by a Japanese lawyer not to face legal issues for your job.

As per the law of contract There will be a lawful offer by one party and Acceptance by the other party after going through the offers. You may communicate to the same to the company which has offered such employment. Board of Directors and Management of the Company will respond you about the Employment policy (Recruitment policy of the company) All the best.
