Hello.
I recently graduated from a Canadian owned medical school in the Caribbean. I requested for my transcript, the school said they were some discrepancies in my grade. When they eventually gave me my grades, it was all wrong, the gave me all Cs. I sent an email to them urging them to go through the school’s exam records and change my grade but they refused saying my records were lost during an hurricane so they passed me with the least grade they could give me, which is unacceptable. I can’t use the transcript to apply for residency in the US or masters degree because it’s too bad. Please I need advice on how to sue my school. Thank you
