I just want to determine if there is an estate tax concern if an Individual who was born in the United States lives in the United States and only has property in the United States receives dual citizenship with Luxembourg? In particular on the death of such a dual citizen living in the US would Luxembourg be owed state or inheritance taxes from beneficiaries?
