Good afternoon Having a will that establishes your ownership of the property is valuable evidence, but it may not be sufficient on its own to transfer or update the title. The city authorities may require a new deed to be created to formally record the transfer of ownership and update the public records. Engaging a lawyer can help ensure that the deed complies with all legal requirements and is properly registered with the relevant authorities. They can also guide you through any specific procedures or documentation needed in Iran.

If you have a handwritten will, you must go to the court for execution . If you are in Iran, you can go directly to the court or hire a lawyer. Having a lawyer makes you to do the best
