Does the Consumer Rights Act 2015 cover damaged goods?
I bought a vanity unit from an online shop. I acknowledged the delivery by signature, however, I didn't see inside the boxes till 6 weeks later. I noticed that the ceramic is cracked. Does the retailer have a responsibility to replace the goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015?
