Alice, living in country A, sold an item to Bob, living in country B. She sent the item using Post, with no insurance.
The item arrived in B but got lost in B Post. Bob approached B Post but was told that the sender should file a claim with A Post.
Could Bob claim to be a party to collateral contract here and sue the Post for missing the item?
