Someone I know has a pre-existing medical condition and has rented a condo in Toronto from the same landlord for 3 years. She always pays rent with no delay. Her landlord last inspected it on Sept. 2020. He insists on inspecting it this month because it's almost a year. Do Tenants have a right to deny inspection of a rental unit by the landlord?
