Dispute with tenant over breaching many issues in the tenancy contract
1. Overstayed
2. Had guests staying without permission
3. Destroyed the oven, cannot be used
4. Toilet ruined
5 left rubbish and a mattress in the flat after moving
6. Refused to return the keys.
