Disability discrimination at work
I recently encountered a circumstance where I was unable to get a satisfactory experience using an organization's online customer service channel. The single alternative given to me at the moment is to use their phone line and I have an extreme distaste for using phone conversation. Is there anything related to the UK law that should make this illegal, considering people with disabilities who may not have equal access to all channels?
