Individuals without professional licenses/certifications are permitted to do minor repairs (minor plumbing or electrical work) and major renovations or demolitions (major plumbing, etc.) with local permission if they are not paid as much as a licensed professional.
Is it legal to hire some actors for filming without professional licenses/certifications to act like licensed professionals and do the actual task, not just pretending it?
