I have a loan with one bank and also outstanding credit card in UAE I am currently in settlement for the loan. the bank has raised a complaint on my outstanding cc, I would like to settle it with the bank to remove the police case please advise on the best approach.

The Duration for discharge of the Loan with the Banking Company in both the cases must be satisfied as irrelavent transactions with your Banking Company.Proof of regular payment of instalments as agreed along with the interest on Loan and Overdraft amount outstanding on Credit card by entering into a indemnity bond linked with insurance company policy will resolve the case
