Discuss with your immediate reporting officer and get the minutes copy of such discussion.
Follow the Grievance redressal mechanism of the Company.

Hi, please provide more detail on where is employer and attach your employment contract. Also, tell us whether they told you to do date with anyone in the company or do date outside office working hours?
