Contract, obligation failure,
I am a trader from Afghanistan. I signed a contract with an Iranian company to supply flour from Russia two years ago. The contract period was 30 days when this company could not fulfill its obligations. And this business has had my money for the past two years. What can I do to get my money back? What is the process?
