Consumer rights for internet contracts - additional costs incurred - Germany
I've purchased a product from a company located in Germany. I have paid for the product via bank transfer and got there to retrieve the product, however, the seller told me that they have already sent the ownership papers to my home country by mistake and I cannot take the product out of the country due to missing papers. I can extend my stay in Germany and have the papers mailed back to me, or just go back to my country and then return with the papers. Can I hold the seller accountable for the additional costs that I incur?
