Our client would like to make a complaint about a lawyer who took a substantial retainer fee over one year ago to carry out probate work on her mother’s family properties in Barbados.

We guided her to the Barbados Bar Association, though she can book a one-hour consultation meeting with one of our lawyers on how to proceed.

I'm a British citizen living in England and would like information about who I contact to make a complaint about a power of attorney in Barbados who took a substantial retainer fee over one year ago to carry out probate work on my mother’s family properties in Barbados, but have since ignored me and have not done as they promised.
