I bought a registered company based in the Czech Republic in 2016, which haven’t had any activities up until then. However, due to my lack of experience in the international commercial field, I quit running it. There has been a while since then and just a few days ago I noticed that company registration related authorities in the Czech asked for company performance reports, audit reports and etc. I thought due to the inactivity of the company and not even having a bank account, there is no need to issue a declaration and other procedures. What can I do about this problem?
