I am an Indian girl who is married to an American guy one years ago, my husband died two months ago , I have applied for citizenship a few months back , since my love died, Am I eligible to go proceed with my citizenship application?

If you have been married to a us citizen for 3 years and been a greencard holder during those three years, then you are eligible to apply for citizenships.

There are many preliminary questions that need resolution. Generally, a foreign spouse need to be a green card holder for at least three years during the marriage of a US citizen prior to being eligible for applying for citizenship. Do you have a USA greencard, how long have you had it?
