Child care on behalf of the Parents!
Dear Legamart Team, I hope all is well. I have an urgent inquiry. I have a friend who she is visiting his husband in Dubai. His husband resides in Dubai but he was recently arrested and the wife has to go back to work abroad and they have a child (Boy). The mother is asking if we can take care of the her child until she completes processing the traveling documents. Can I accept the responsibility of taking care of her child and if so, do I need to get any written consent? Kind Regards, Ben

Dear The mother can go to the family court and asked them to get the custody of the child, after that she can keep the child with you and make POA to handle his issues Regards
