Child Benefit
Hello :D to anyone who’s reading this .So let’s start by saying that I am 19 years old.Lets begin,my father has been taking child benefit in Ireland when I was in Poland for several years. My mom and my father had an agreement which said that he’ll put the money into separate bank account and then later on I’ll get the money when I’m 18 or in college.I’m 19 as we are speaking ,not in college yet I’m in last year of school. On my 18 birthday he gave me some of the money.Later on he refused to give back the rest for unknown reason.

Child benefit in Ireland is allowed till 16 years of age to parents. If you were under 16 and at that time your father started getting it and did not give you then you can sue in the Court for past maintenance.
