CCMA
I was unfairly dismissed at work so I opened the case at CCMA so on the day that the case was set to sit down the employer did not sure up,after that they applyed for resecision.to my problem is that I've waited for a bit to long now I dont know what's is happening with the case it just quit now,it almost 5months now still waiting for the CCMA to decide on whether the case will be resecisioned of what.

CCMA is an alternative dispute resolution centre in South Africa. Hence,the South African Regulations will be applicable in this matter. I advise you go through the Labour Relations Act of South Africa in line with your Letter of Employment. Sorry but the facts are not clear. What’s your location? You’ll need to provide your Letter of Employment as well to be sure you’re not in breach of any term stated.

You will need to state the issue a bit clearer and also include the Country where this occurred as well as the terms of the employment.
