Cargo damage, Payment issue
In this instance, two shipments of cup glass that had been shipped from Belgium and transshipped in Jebel Ali Port, Dubai, were driven over by a cargo vehicle while being carried. Both entire containers got 100% damage and the good is now useless. Since then, despite frequent follow-ups from the shipping and insurance companies, we have not gotten any documents to report the damage and have only received a few pictures. It should be emphasized that the aforementioned businesses do not offer assistance, and we have not yet received a response from them. Unfortunately, it resulted in plenty of costs, including the postponement of the projects covered by the company's contract, in addition to the whole loss of the glass cargo, which served as its primary raw material. Please provide the essential instructions on how to contact Dubai Customs to follow up on a claim for damage to the cargo trailer.
